Spring Raffle (April)

Our Spring Raffle is sent out around early  February of every year and the prize is picked in late March. Prizes are $300 for first place, $200 for second and $100 for third. This raffle benefits a large project or campaign each year. With your entries, we raised over $23,000 during our 2015 raffle. To get tickets, call 717-993-3232.

Doggie Egg Hunt (March/April)

This a pre-Dogs' Day fundraiser held near Easter time. Thousands of eggs are scattered around Marge Goodfellow Park in New Freedom, PA. Dogs are encouraged to hunt for these treat filled plastic eggs. Other activities include photos, adoptable dogs, snacks for humans and raffle baskets.

Cabernet for Strays (May)

Hosted at Boordy Vineyards in Hydes, MD. With an open wine bar, delicious cruelty-free catering, a charity auction and a prize wheel, we raised over $43,000 during our seminal event.  

Dogs' Day in the Park (August)

DDIP has always been ARI’s largest event. It is hosted at Marge Goodfellow Park in New Freedom, PA. With 81 walkers in the Mutt Strutt, a ton of incredible vendor booths and 1200 visitors to the festival, we raised over $28,000 in 2016. 2017 is bound to be just as amazing and even bigger than ever before. Expect delicious cruelty-free food, oodles of fun and games for your pup (all friendly dogs welcome!!), a Chinese raffle, a kissing booth, a yard sale, and vendors hosting everything you could possibly imagine to make your pup feel loved. 

Fall Raffle (October)

Peace Tree Letter (December)

Our Peace Tree letter is an invitation to hang a card in memorial or honor of a loved one on our annual holiday peace tree which decorates our office during the month of December and early January.
